A Career Built on Being Strategically Creative and Thinking Outside the Box
I’ve has worked with Fortune 500 organizations, mid-market brands, startups, and public-facing institutions, advising from inside complex organizations with layered approvals, competing priorities, and real-world constraints.
I’ve also built initiatives from the ground up — without a playbook.
Most notably, I created the B.PHL Innovation Festival, launching it from the ground up and growing it into a large, multi-stakeholder event involving hundreds of speakers, partners, and sessions. What started as an idea on a piece of paper became a real, operating system — with budgets, logistics, risk, and public visibility.
I also am the founder of Posie Productions, which I built into a trusted creative and strategic partner for people and organizations that need more than execution — they need things figured out.
This means I understands decision-making:
inside established organizations where alignment and approval matter
inside zero-to-one environments where nothing exists yet
and in situations where creativity must survive reality
Why I’m Typically Brought In
You’ll notice when working with my I like to say, What If? That’s because I’m challenging myself and the group to think beyond where we are. I’m often brought into projects when:
something needs to be figured out without a clear precedent
existing approaches don’t add up
teams sense something is off but can’t yet articulate why
disparate ideas, constraints, and stakeholders need to be reconciled
Rather than just optimizing what already exists, my work often involves breaking systems down, reframing the problem, and rebuilding an approach that actually works.
When I worked for corporations, I was frequently looped into projects outside my original scope — not because execution is missing, but because teams needed a different way of thinking before committing to a direction.
